Permanent recruitment for teams that make a difference
Permanent only
We don't fill shifts. We help you build your team.
CareNoble recruits exclusively for permanent roles. We don't supply agency staff, bank workers or temporary cover – our focus is people who'll join your team for the long term.
Permanent roles can be full-time or part-time. Tell us the contracted hours and any flexibility, and we'll look for people whose availability genuinely fits.

What we do
Support at every stage of a permanent hire
Understanding the vacancy
Pay, contracted hours, shift patterns, essential requirements and what your working environment is really like.
Candidate sourcing and initial assessment
We look for people whose experience, qualifications and preferences match the role, and talk each opportunity through with them.
Relevant shortlisting
A focused shortlist of people suited to the role – not a stack of CVs to sift.
Interview coordination and feedback
We arrange interviews around your diary and keep feedback flowing in both directions.
Offer and start-date coordination
We help agree the details and keep both sides informed through notice periods to the first day.
Agreed placement follow-up
We keep in touch after the start date in the way we agree with you.
Our process
Four stages to a lasting appointment
- 01
Define the brief
We discuss the vacancy in depth: pay, hours, requirements, the team, the people you support and the working environment.
- 02
Identify suitable people
We source candidates and carry out an initial assessment of experience, qualifications, preferences and fit.
- 03
Coordinate selection
We share a relevant shortlist, arrange interviews and pass feedback promptly between you and candidates.
- 04
Support the appointment
We help coordinate the offer and start date, and follow up after the placement as agreed with you.

Responsibilities
Clear about who does what
We assess candidates' experience, qualifications and suitability for each role before introducing them. As the employer, you make the final hiring decision and remain responsible for your own pre-employment and regulatory checks.
We'll explain exactly which checks we carry out, and when, as part of our terms of business.
