About the role

We are recruiting an experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant for a well-established residential care provider in West Yorkshire.

You will lead shifts, mentor newer team members, and ensure high quality person-centred care.

Responsibilities

  • Support residents with daily activities
  • Lead day shifts and support junior colleagues
  • Administer medication accurately

Essential requirements

  • Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care
  • Minimum 2 years experience in residential care
